Thank you so much for the compliments and thank you for chosing Dales Bearded Dragons, I know you could have chosen someone else. I am so glad to hear that your girl is happy and growing good. Post some pics...we would all love to see them. I love to see what "my" babies turn out like.

I would like to say that you supply the best dragons. I have found that it does take a little time for your dragon to get comfortable enough to eat. It took Inara over a week and now she eats all of her crickets. Her favorite meal is silk worms. They are okay for them to eat on a daily basis. I give her both silk worms and crickets. coastalsilkworms.com is a great supplier. You are better off buying a few hundred and keeping them in a tub because you go through them quick, which is another reason she only gets 6 a day. She is a happy girl and growing fast.

Amy,
I suggest feeding your dragon crickets. But, before you feed them you should put them in Calcium powder and shake them up so that they turn white. This way your dragon can getits food and its calcium.

dales bearded dragons says...
Hi,
first I would like to start by saying that this is not a forum for dragon discussions and that you might get faster answers if you were to post on beardeddragon.org or repticzone.com. OK....that being said, I would start practicing tough love and only feed dusted crickets....I am sure he/she will eat crickets when it gets hungry enough. The problem with super worms is that they are highly addictive but very high in fat and can cause fatty liver disease. A diet of only supers is detrimental to a dragon's health so I would start the switchover as soon as possible.
Hope this helps some.
